PAGAN LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

Hosted by the Correllian Tradition

Date: May 13th - 16th
Location: Witch School Campus, 112 W Main St, Hoopeston, IL
Phone: 217-283-4360
Cost: Free Admission

With a 17 fold increase in the last decade in those who identify themselves as Pagans and a growth rate of the community of at least 20% annually for the next decade, the challenges we face are large. We feel this is a crucial discussion and it is important to have as broad and diverse representatives of traditions and practices. This event will be supported with Internet Aspects as well, so those not present onsite will be able to share in regular reports.

This will really the first such event to really deal with the future of Pagan community and leadership. We will have speakers and guides who have created real transformational moments in the Pagan World and the world beyond.

This conference will be featuring Abby Willowroot in her first midwestern appearence. As many of you know, she envisioned and founded 'The Goddess 2000 Project' and the 'Goddess on every Block'. She is coming to this conference with high hopes of meeting open and like minded Pagans who desire to make a difference in their community. Oberon Zell, founder of Church of All Worlds, Green Egg, and many my important moments in our history. A strong voice in our community, he has led a life of study, magick, joy and energy. Oberon is very much the individual who knew Paganism would change everything and helped bring it stronger into this world. He is an amazing speaker, especially looking forward to speaking to those interested in Wizardry. Isaac Bonewits who has consistently studied the changes of our community and it's various versions of history. He has been involved in founding the ADF, and has brought change to the community through his own demand for standards. Don Lewis, Head of the Correllian Tradition, will be sharing the aspects of acting as spiritual servant to a global community. Having allowed his tradition to among the first to offer a true public education to anyone who desired to learn. He will helping develop answers to communicating in a Pagan world emerging and looks forward to discovering the diversity of our community. Davron Michaels, A Witch School Director, will be showing and explaining distance education works and how we can best utilize this effort. His successful projects include developing Feedback and Support systems for Witchschool.com and Several regional e-groups.
