With the beginning of the new year, I'd like to start posting a monthly newsletter for the Sacred Flame Circle. It will have reviews of some of the events and rituals we've put together and will announce the upcoming events as well as show off the creative talents of our members.

JANUARY WORKSHOP REVIEW BUILDING AN ALTAR: We had a GREAT turnout for the Altar Building workshop. Thanks to everyone that showed up and participated! I went over the different purposed of an altar, the basic traditional layout, the Correllian layout, the idea of Geomancy and through some random altars together. With some great questions from the attending members, I feel it turned out to be a great workshop!! Thanks everyone!! -----Namaste!, Rev. Dawn Earthsong	UPCOMING FEBRUARY WORKSHOP MEDICINE CARDS: The Discovery of Power Through the Ways of Animals This divination system is based on the ancient teachings of Native America. The text explains how the cards can be used to receive guidance and healing messages from the animals. Medicine Cards is an elegant tool to use for personal growth and balanced living. We will be reviewing the cards in this deck and learning how to use them. We will do some totem spreads and a guided meditation for those interested in finding their totems.
